We are back with our best Heat vs Hawks player props for the final Play-In Tournament game.
Can Atlanta rebound from their blowout loss and rally to make the playoffs? Or, will the Heat continue marching and qualify as the lowest seed? I will be breaking down my top three player props on the game, let’s dive right in.
Remember to make your NBA picks all playoffs long with the best sportsbooks.
Even in the Hawks' 25-point loss to the Magic in the first game of the play-in round, Trae still got his. He had 28 points in that game, and they are going to need an even bigger output from him tonight.

Trae Young | OVER 25.5 points | -110 at FanDuel
We will start with my best of three Hawks vs Heat player props, which is going to be Trae Young over 25.5 points.
Young is going to need to take over in this game for the Hawks to have a chance to knock off the Heat. Even in the Hawks’ 25-point loss to the Magic in the first game of the Play-In round, Trae still got his. He had 28 points in that game, and they are going to need an even bigger output from him tonight.
Trae averaged just over 24 points per game in the regular season, and he will increase that number for the playoffs. He didn’t even have a particularly good game against the Magic either, as he was only 8/21 from the floor, but Trae does a fantastic job forcing contact and getting himself to the free-throw line. I fully expect Trae Young to get to the 30-point mark in this game, and we will cash this play with ease. This is by far my favorite prop on this game.
Hawks vs Heat odds
Tyler Herro | Over 25.5 points | -110 at FanDuel
Tyler and Trae are the only two guys in this game that I am very confident in their scoring abilities to take their points props in this game.
Herro has to be the shot creator and team’s best offensive player for the Heat to continue their unexpected push toward the NBA playoffs. So we’retailing him as part of our best Heat vs Hawks player props. In the Heat’s opening-round game against the Bulls, Herro caught fire, especially in the first half, finishing with 38 points.
Herro also averaged 24 points per game in the regular season, and he is another guy that will need to improve his regular-season stats for his team to have a shot to not only win this game, but to make a decent run in the NBA playoffs. Herro averages 25 points per game against the Hawks, so he slightly over performs when he plays this team anyway, and I do see that continuing in tonight’s game.
Bam Adebayo | Over 10.5 rebounds | +115 at FanDuel
I do think Bam will be the main beneficiary when it comes to rebounds in this game. We all saw the Hawks shoot terribly in their opening Play-In Tournament game, and if they shoot anywhere near the same number here, Bam Adebayo will go comfortably over his rebounds total.
The Hawks love to play at a fast pace and get shots up quickly, which leads to extra possessions and extra rebounds. Bam will be able to have his way in the low post, and should have no issues getting to at least 12 rebounds in this game, which will comfortably cash our play.
Bam has averaged 9.5 rebounds per game over the course of the 2025 NBA season, and just like the other two props we wrote about, he is going to need to slightly increase his regular-season numbers for this Heat team to have success.
