Brief History of Rangers Football Club

Glasgow Rangers is a professional football club that is currently playing in the Scottish Premiership. The team was founded in 1872 by four boys while taking a stroll in West End Park, currently known as Kelvingrove Park. Rangers played their initial game against Callander, a now-defunct team, in a friendly match that ended in a draw. 1873 the club's staff was elected during the initial Rangers' annual meeting. Club Profile

The Scottish football club is one of the few teams with two crests, one for the media and merchandise and the other for the kits. The initial emblem was a scrolled crest with overlapping RFC letters.
